The Reminder Bracelet was created to assist with urinary incontinence therapy. Urinary incontinence therapy consists of doing 80 kegels daily in addition to theraputic services. The Reminder Bracelet consists of 8 segments of beads to represent the 80 kegels that should be done each day. Attached to the bracelet is a charm which the patient moves from segment to segment as kegels are done. Normally the charm is moved after 10 kegels. The charm should be moved 8 times a day. The charm should be started at one end of the bracelet at the beginning of the day and moved to the opposite end of the bracelet throughout the course of the day.
Bead styles and colors can be asked for specifically by the patient/customer.
There are several styles of charms that can be chosen as well.
