We accept most insurances at Rebecca's Physical Therapy. We do not wish to turn away anyone who needs help. So please do not let costs defer you from calling for an appointment.

Insurance:

If you do not have insurance we do accept

Private Pay:

An initial evaluation $120.00

Visits thereafter will be a minimum of $75.00.

Payment Plans:

We do have payment plan options for both insurance holders and private pay patients. Please ask about your options when calling to set up an appointment.
